On the first day of the NRM (All Holland Dairy Show) the six formidable CRV daughter groups and one theme group paraded in the ring to a full house. Many visitors to the NRM have seen the animals ‘in person’ on our stand on day two.
These visitors included the owners of the cows in the daughter groups who are extremely proud that their animals were chosen to appear at the NRM.
At the NRM, it was debut time for a daughter group of heifers by Vitesse. He already has almost 1000 daughters in production, who really stand out for the components in the milk…
With the theme of ‘Better Cows l Better Life’, CRV will be showing a group of six embryo donors for the first time at the NRM 2017. These animals all have a high genetic ranking and have been used in the CRV breeding programme. CRV will also be showing six daughter groups who boost herd health and efficiency.
The embryo donors are Delta donors as well as farmer-owned donors. All cows rank among the highest scorers of their year based on their genomic breeding values. The Delta donors have all been used as maiden heifers in the Delta Satellite programme. Delta Jessi …read more ›

Seven progeny groups and three demo groups were presented to the public at the CRV event ‘A Herd to Your Heart’ in Zwolle on 11 June.
Delta Alonso: protein-rich health
Although Delta Alonso has not yet received his breeding value, the progeny group of this Atlantic son made quite an impression at the CRV event. Alonso presented a highly uniform, still young and very appealing group of heifers. These cows are not too big and possess a striking level of balance as well as a strong upper build. On the 11th of June the first edition of the CRV Event took place. In the IJsselhallen in Zwolle many farmers saw good daughter groups, the winner of the ‘best herd of the Netherlands’ and the best ‘Young herdmanager of the year’.
The herd of family Winter in Vriezenveen has been chosen as the ‘best herd of the Netherlands’. They have a healthy herd with cows that produce much milk in a very efficient way. Their focus is on longevity, having old cows is very important for the family Winter.
